- • As a Manager of Design (Automation Testing Products Suite) at BrowserStack, you will lead the design vision for core automation testing products such as Automate, App Automate, Test Reporting & Analytics, and Load Testing, ensuring efficient, meaningful, and delightful user experiences across a high-scale cloud platform used by over 50,000 customers including Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, and Google.
- • You will act as a player-coach, executing high-stakes design tasks while architecting AI-led workflows, evolving design systems, and mentoring your team to adopt AI-first practices that accelerate feature delivery from research to production.
- • You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to shape product strategy, derive insights from user feedback and NPS, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the automation suite remains the global benchmark for developer testing excellence.
- • You will drive innovation in AI-augmented design workflows, including smart test case generation and auto-healing, while establishing standards consumable by agentic systems to maintain visual and functional consistency across all BrowserStack platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX, or Product Design, including 3+ years in a design leadership role
- • Proven success leading design for complex, high-scale cloud platforms
- • Deep fluency at the intersection of design systems and engineering, with hands-on development experience and comfort in architecting technical workflows for modern design teams
- • Experience with vibe-coding tools (e.g., Replit, Lovable, Cursor, Antigravity, Claude Code, OpenCode) to build complex product workflows and MVPs
- • Demonstrated ability to lead mid-to-large-scale design initiatives and teams
