  • • As the Manager, Product Design at LTK, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our native iOS and Android applications, serving both creators and consumers within our thriving marketplace.
  • • This is a pivotal leadership role, situated at a critical juncture of LTK's rapid growth, where you will guide a talented team of 3-4 product designers.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to elevate the standard of design craft across the team, driving tangible business outcomes that are directly attributable to your team's efforts.
  • • You will be expected to foster an environment of clarity amidst ambiguity, maintain focus during periods of shifting priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality design work at a rapid pace.
  • • Reporting directly to the VP, Product Design, you will act as a crucial bridge between high-level company strategy and the day-to-day execution of design initiatives.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams, where you will proactively influence product direction rather than merely reacting to defined requirements.
  • • You will hold accountability for your team's professional development, performance, and their ability to deliver features that enhance user activation, engagement, and retention, ultimately contributing to creator success and marketplace growth.
  • • This position is ideally suited for a design leader who prioritizes people development, possesses strong emotional intelligence, and is enthusiastic about inspiring and mentoring a team, while simultaneously remaining deeply involved in product delivery and maintaining a high bar for design execution.
  • • You will translate overarching company and product strategies into actionable, focused priorities and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment across the team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • • Your partnerships with Product, Engineering, and Data will be key to defining complex problems, establishing clear success metrics, and making principled decisions that effectively balance the competing demands of speed, quality, and business impact.
  • • You will directly connect design decisions to key performance indicators such as Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), user activation rates, engagement levels, and the growth of our creator base.
  • • A core function of your role will be to champion and elevate the quality of interaction design, visual design, and content across our native mobile applications, with a strong emphasis on accessibility and adherence to mobile-first design principles.
  • • You will play a vital role in strengthening and evolving LTK's design system, ensuring it effectively supports the development of cohesive, scalable, and system-driven user experiences as the platform continues to expand.
  • • Establishing and refining clear team operations—including capacity planning, prioritization frameworks, and decision-making processes—will be essential to enable designers to concentrate on high-impact, strategic work.
  • • You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance the way design collaborates internally and operates within the broader organization, fostering continuous improvement as LTK scales.
  • • A forward-thinking aspect of this role involves leveraging AI-enabled workflows to boost design speed and clarity, while maintaining rigorous judgment and strategic oversight.
  • • You will bring a minimum of 6 years of experience in digital product design, with at least 2 years specifically in a management capacity, overseeing product designers and holding full responsibility for hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
  • • You will demonstrate a proven track record of owning significant product areas, with clear accountability for both the quality of execution and the achievement of measurable business results.
  • • Experience in building and optimizing design operations and team processes within a rapidly growing organization, successfully introducing structure without impeding velocity, is highly valued.
  • • You will possess hands-on experience shipping high-quality native iOS and Android applications, preferably within consumer-facing, marketplace, or mobile-first environments.
  • • A history of developing designers, fostering their product thinking skills beyond just craft execution, will be a key differentiator.
  • • Your ability to influence product roadmap direction and proactively shape product strategy, rather than passively accepting defined requirements, will be critical.
  • • You will exhibit strong product intuition and a high degree of comfort navigating ambiguity, adapting to shifting priorities, and evolving strategic landscapes.
  • • Proficiency in utilizing product and business metrics to assess impact, inform critical tradeoffs, and identify high-leverage opportunities for growth is expected.
  • • A systems-thinking approach that effectively links design systems, operational models, and product innovation to ensure long-term scalability is essential.
  • • You will uphold exceptionally high standards for design craft, accessibility, and the creation of cohesive, user-friendly mobile experiences.
  • • Curiosity and practical experience in applying AI-enabled workflows to enhance clarity and accelerate design processes are highly desirable.
