- • As a Manager of Design (Automation Testing Products Suite) at BrowserStack, you will lead the design vision for the company’s automation testing product suite, including Automate, App Automate, Test Reporting & Analytics, Load Testing, Percy, and App Percy, ensuring seamless, delightful, and efficient user experiences for developers worldwide.
- • You will drive AI-first design workflows by architecting agentic systems, evolving design systems, and enabling rapid, end-to-end feature delivery through hands-on execution and strategic collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- • You will mentor and lead a design team, fostering a culture of innovation, resilience, and continuous learning while setting development plans and promoting AI-augmented design practices across the organization.
- • You will shape product strategy by synthesizing user feedback, NPS, and customer insights to prioritize initiatives, quantify impact, and align cross-functional teams to maintain BrowserStack’s automation suite as the global gold standard for software testing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX, or Product Design, including 3+ years in a design leadership role
- • Proven success leading design for complex, high-scale cloud platforms
- • Deep fluency at the intersection of design systems and engineering, with hands-on development experience and comfort in architecting technical workflows
- • Proficiency with vibe-coding tools (Replit, Lovable, Cursor, Antigravity, Claude Code, OpenCode, etc.) for rapid prototyping and MVP development
- • Experience leading mid-to-large-scale design initiatives and teams
