• As the Manager Settlement and Transfers for PEA's (f/m/d) at Upvest GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and compliant execution of critical financial operations within the French market. This position is central to Upvest's mission of simplifying investing by managing the intricate processes of settlement and transfers, specifically for the Plan d'Épargne en Actions (PEA) product. Your expertise will directly contribute to building a best-in-class investment infrastructure, enabling fintechs and financial institutions to offer sophisticated investment and retirement planning solutions to their end-users with confidence and efficiency. By taking ownership of these core operational functions, you will be instrumental in maintaining the reliability and security of our platform, thereby fostering trust and satisfaction among our partners and their customers.
• In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive management of Upvest’s settlement and transfer processes across all relevant markets, with a specialized focus on PEA's within the French market. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for clearing, settlement, and transfer operations related to PEA accounts, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. A significant aspect of your role will involve cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with the operational teams of our clients. This includes providing them with the necessary support and guidance to effectively assist their end-users with any PEA-related queries, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. You will be actively involved in optimizing existing workflows, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and contributing to the implementation of automation and AI solutions to further refine our French client experience. 🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience with PEA transfers and the French post trade market.
• French native fluent in English - both written and verbal.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills; ability to identify and solve errors.
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
