We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Software Engineering to join our dynamic team and drive the delivery of cutting-edge, AI-enabled web applications.
• • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of 8-10 geographically distributed software and quality engineers, comprising both full-time employees and contractors. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering robust, enterprise-grade products hosted on AWS, designed to serve hundreds of enterprise customers and millions of users. This position offers a unique blend of technical leadership, people management, and operational ownership, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• • You will guide your team through the entire software development lifecycle, from conception and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring our solutions adhere to the highest standards of scalability, reliability, security, and quality. While hands-on coding is not a strict requirement, a deep understanding of software architecture, modern web technologies, and best practices is essential. You are expected to actively participate in technical design discussions, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor your team to foster their technical growth and professional development.
