- • As a Manager of AI Enablement & Automation at Genesys Cloud Services, you will lead the India-based team responsible for deploying, governing, and adopting AI tools that accelerate productivity and reshape how teams work across the business.
- • You will own AI platform operations, workflow automation, and enterprise enablement, partnering with global technology and business leaders to turn AI capabilities into measurable outcomes while managing vendor relationships, monitoring platform health, and ensuring compliance with data regulations.
- • You will lead a high-performing team focused on AI platform operations, RPA, and change management, driving adoption through training programs, workshops, and enablement materials while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- • You will build technical depth within the team, define OKRs aligned with global AI strategy, mentor and develop talent, and drive career progression and succession planning in a global matrixed environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in technology, automation, digital transformation, or AI-related roles
- • 3+ years of experience managing teams, preferably in a global matrixed environment
- • Experience deploying AI tools at scale in a mid-to-large enterprise
- • Background in engineering, systems integration, or enterprise architecture
- • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor)
- • Familiarity with workflow automation and RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Playwright, PowerAutomate)
