• • The Manager, Solution Architecture leads and manages the Solutions Architect team while remaining hands-on in delivering complex Smile Digital Health implementations, combining people leadership with technical oversight to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• • Day to day responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating team activities, providing architecture guidance, managing escalations, and participating in strategic projects to support implementation teams.
• • Smile Digital Health is a remote-first company focused on #BetterGlobalHealth, delivering a FHIR-based data liberation platform used in over 20 countries to help healthcare stakeholders collect and exchange data effectively.
