  • • Develop and present compelling proposals, accurately scoping projects, defining deliverables, and establishing competitive pricing to secure new engagements.
  • • Oversee the financial health of consulting engagements, meticulously managing project budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficient utilization of assets.
  • • Analyze client operations across critical areas such as clinical transformation, revenue cycle management, and overall operational improvement, identifying root causes of inefficiencies and developing data-driven, actionable strategies for enhancement.
  • • Guide clients through significant change management processes, facilitating the adoption of new practices, technologies, and systems to achieve sustainable operational excellence.

  • • Represent the firm at prestigious industry conferences, seminars, and client forums, actively contributing to discussions and building brand awareness and professional networks.
  • • Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments, including Commercial, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and HR, to align strategies, drive revenue growth, and enhance overall operational support for the consulting practice.
  • • Implement and refine robust project management methodologies, focusing on proactive risk mitigation, stringent quality control, and timely, within-scope project completion.
  • • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into project success, client satisfaction levels, and the overall business impact of consulting interventions.
  • • Mentor and develop consulting staff, providing guidance on career progression, skill enhancement, and effective client engagement strategies, thereby nurturing a pipeline of future leaders.
  • • Ensure seamless resource allocation, staffing, and scheduling to meet dynamic client demands and critical project deadlines, optimizing team capacity and expertise.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of evolving healthcare systems, clinical workflows, value-based care models, and healthcare policy shifts to provide relevant and forward-thinking advice.
  • • Leverage expertise in operations improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive significant efficiency gains and cost reductions for clients.
  • • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving in all client engagements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 12 years of applicable work experience in healthcare consulting or a related leadership role within the healthcare industry.
  • • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health).
  • • Proven track record of leading and managing complex consulting projects focused on operations improvement, clinical transformation, and revenue cycle management.
  • • Demonstrated experience in business development, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and securing new client engagements.
  • • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, value-based care, and healthcare policy.
  • • Expertise in operations improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives.
  • • Proficiency in project management, risk mitigation, and quality control.
  • • Financial acumen in managing project budgets and forecasts.
  • • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • • Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or healthcare-related credentials are preferred.
