  • • Define and drive the integrated Go-To-Market and growth strategy across Verity Solutions and CarepathRx, aligning with enterprise priorities to ensure sustainable growth and innovation.
  • • Translate executive objectives into actionable strategic plans with a 3–5 year horizon, including market positioning, service expansion, and innovation opportunities.
  • • Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, manufacturers, health systems, and technology partners to enhance commercial opportunities and market position.
  • • Develop strategies and business plans for new and adjacent markets such as specialty pharmacy, infusion services, 340B solutions, and technology-enabled offerings.
  • • Assess emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to uncover new growth opportunities across the portfolio.
  • • Drive alignment across offerings including Verity, PipelineRx, Dromos, and Fusebox to unlock synergies and expand solution capabilities.
  • • Lead and develop a centralized Growth organization that aligns business development, product, sales, and partnership capabilities to improve pipeline development and go-to-market execution.
  • • Provide direction and oversight to senior leaders across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high-performance outcomes.
  • • Establish operating rhythms, governance structures, and performance metrics to track the success of growth initiatives.
  • • Partner closely with the President and senior leadership team to shape long-term strategic direction, prioritize investments, and enable scalable growth.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy Services, Client Success, Product, and Operations leaders to align growth strategies with operational capabilities and client needs.
  • • Work with Strategic Planning and enterprise partners to advance high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
  • • Participate in diligence, financial assessments, and operational evaluations to support executive-level recommendations on strategic opportunities.
  • • Demonstrate enterprise mindset by connecting strategic vision to operational execution across complex, matrixed environments.
  • • Lead with an executive presence and influencing capability to drive alignment among stakeholders at all levels.
  • • Apply data-driven decision-making and analytical rigor to inform strategic choices and measure outcomes.
  • • Navigate ambiguity and lead organizational transformation through collaborative, accountability-focused leadership.
  • • Ensure all remote work is conducted with a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's Degree
  • • 12+ years of experience in strategy, growth/business development, or related leadership roles in healthcare, pharmacy services, or adjacent industries
  • • Proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives, including partnerships and market expansion
  • • Strong business acumen with ability to assess financial, operational, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions
  • • Experience operating in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments with executive-level stakeholder management
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and build scalable organizational capabilities
