- • Manage the social media content calendar for Element451 and Enrollify across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- • Create and schedule social media content aligned with brand voice, marketing campaigns, and editorial priorities
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to identify content opportunities and fulfill ad-hoc social media requests
- • Conduct proactive social media monitoring, engaging with relevant conversations, resharing community content, and flagging emerging trends
- • Partner with designers to develop social creative assets by managing briefs, feedback cycles, and asset delivery
- • Manage the end-to-end production of the Enrollify Pulse Check series, including sourcing and vetting guest hosts, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining the episode calendar
- • Support guest sourcing for the flagship Enrollify podcasts In Your Element and Higher Intelligence
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for podcast guests and creators, handling outreach, logistics, scheduling, and pre-interview communication
- • Keep Enrollify show pages and episode listings updated on the company website
- • Build and distribute the weekly curated content newsletter for Enrollify
- • Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines across multiple channels
- • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social platforms and Enrollify content properties
- • Adapt content strategy based on engagement metrics and platform best practices
- • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure visual and textual alignment across campaigns
- • Stay current with higher education industry trends to inform content relevance and audience engagement
- • Handle time-sensitive tasks including last-minute content adjustments, guest rescheduling, and platform updates
- • Ensure all published content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance standards
- • Contribute ideas for new content formats, social initiatives, and audience growth strategies
- • Track and report on social media performance metrics as needed
- • Maintain organized documentation of content calendars, guest contacts, and production timelines
- • Respond to comments and messages on social platforms in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- • Support broader marketing initiatives by providing content assets and campaign coordination
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in marketing, content, social media, or podcast/media production (internship counts)
- • Strong organizational skills — able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- • Excellent written communication — social copy that sounds human, not corporate
- • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar)
- • Comfortable with outreach and relationship management
- • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
