- • As a Marketing Automation UX Designer at WEX Inc., you will work at the intersection of marketing strategy, data architecture, and user-centered design to transform complex automated workflows into clear, seamless experiences for both internal teams and customers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating high-converting, responsive email designs for 25+ brands, establishing design standards and component libraries, managing assets in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, designing A/B tests for timing and CTAs, visualizing complex drip campaign workflows, designing landing pages for SMS and dynamic content, and collaborating with data analysts to translate behavioral triggers into personalized UI elements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- • Senior experience in marketing automation and personalization development with demonstrated success
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) or similar platforms
- • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools with mobile-first design principles
- • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and understanding of API triggers and logic
- • Ability to explain complex technical logic to non-technical stakeholders
