📋 Description
- • As a Marketing & Business Analyst at Dacodes Mx S.A.P.I. de C.V., you will play a key role in transforming data into strategic insights that drive business growth and marketing performance across LATAM and U.S. markets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing complex SQL queries, building and maintaining BI dashboards, automating KPI reporting, analyzing marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, and retention, generating actionable insights for stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, and Growth.
- • You will join a dynamic team of over 220 professionals at Dacodes, a leading software and digital transformation firm with a decade of experience delivering high-impact solutions across industries, where your work directly contributes to optimizing cloud infrastructure and business performance.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and marketing analytics while developing skills in AI-assisted analysis, data storytelling, and stakeholder communication, positioning yourself for growth into senior analytical or product-focused roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields
- • Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, aggregations, and query optimization
- • Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
- • Knowledge of key business metrics including CAC, LTV, and retention analysis
- • Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for data analysis and automation
- • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines (desirable)
