- • Support day-to-day marketing operations across multiple hospitality, restaurant, and service brands owned by a U.S.-based client.
- • Maintain marketing calendars, promotional schedules, and holiday campaign timelines while tracking deadlines and deliverables across brands and locations.
- • Coordinate requests between ownership, operations teams, vendors, agencies, and creative resources, attending recurring meetings with hotel and restaurant properties.
- • Update and manage websites using WordPress and Wix, including online menus, promotions, seasonal offerings, and business information.
- • Maintain accurate business listings across Google Business Profiles, OpenTable, Resy, Yelp, Apple Maps, and other digital platforms.
- • Schedule and publish social media content across Meta and TikTok, including posts, stories, and reels, while organizing content libraries and coordinating photo/video shoots.
- • Monitor social media messages and escalate issues requiring management attention, generating recurring analytics reports.
- • Build, schedule, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns, maintaining customer databases and mailing lists.
- • Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns, monitor Google Ads performance, track advertising budgets, and prepare performance reports.
- • Research and contact local media outlets, identify and coordinate influencer partnerships, and maintain influencer and media contact databases.
- • Assist with press release distribution and media outreach efforts, tracking media placements and coverage performance.
- • Support basic graphic design tasks using Canva to update menus, event materials, and sales collateral while ensuring brand consistency.
- • Monitor online reviews across multiple platforms, draft responses for management approval, track review scores, and generate reputation management reports.
- • Compile monthly marketing reports analyzing performance across social media, email, website traffic, advertising, and campaign metrics.
- • Create tracking links and performance dashboards, developing executive summary reports using AI-enabled workflows.
- • Conduct market and competitor research, organize shared drives and marketing assets, and coordinate vendors, photographers, media partners, and contractors.
- • Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned, ensuring efficient and scalable marketing workflows.
- • Maintain organized marketing documentation and workflows using Trello or similar project management tools.
- • Ensure all marketing initiatives are executed consistently, on schedule, and aligned with brand standards across multiple locations.
- • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in managing multiple priorities simultaneously with high attention to detail.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or marketing coordination
- • Experience supporting multiple brands, locations, or business units
- • Experience using WordPress, Wix, Meta Ads Manager, Google Business Profiles, and email/SMS platforms
- • Familiarity with Canva, Trello, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- • Ability to work during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
- • Experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or multi-location food service industries preferred
