📋 Description

• We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will own marketing analytics across the company and help our Growth and Marketing teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.
• You will work across multiple acquisition channels, stakeholders and initiatives, ensuring marketing data is reliable, accessible and actionable.
• We're looking for someone who doesn't stop at reporting what happened but can explain why it happened and what we should do next.
• Responsibilities include owning marketing data and analytics, ensuring data quality, building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing marketing channel performance, working across multiple data sources and systems, supporting attribution and marketing measurement initiatives, generating actionable insights and recommendations, and creating a scalable framework for measuring marketing performance.
• You will partner closely with Marketing leadership and channel owners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar role.
• Experience working with digital marketing data.
• Experience in a SaaS business environment.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience working with DBT.
• Strong business mindset and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Strong ownership mentality and proactive approach.
