- • As a Marketing Events Lead for EMEA at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will own the strategy, evaluation, and execution of enterprise-focused events that accelerate pipeline, drive brand awareness, and deepen engagement with key enterprise audiences across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- • You will design and implement field marketing and event strategies with emphasis on key European markets, identify and execute high-impact events such as industry conferences, trade shows, and executive dinners, and establish scalable event playbooks to support regional growth.
- • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of event delivery—from venue sourcing and vendor coordination to on-site logistics—while creating event-specific marketing content and overseeing budgets and timelines.
- • You will analyze event performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and be present on the ground at events throughout EMEA to ensure seamless delivery and a best-in-class experience, contributing directly to HappyRobot’s mission of powering AI workforces for global enterprises.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination—ideally in B2B or tech
- • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- • Exceptional budgeting and financial management capabilities with experience managing substantial field marketing budgets
- • Ability to leverage AI tools to automate processes, streamline workflows, and scale event operations
- • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- • Willingness to travel across EMEA
