- • A Marketing Graphic Designer role focused on creating high-quality visual assets for B2B marketing, supporting content and demand generation for an enterprise-focused team.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing white papers, guides, and long-form content; creating landing page and email marketing assets in WordPress and HubSpot environments; developing campaign visuals for LinkedIn and other channels; applying layout, hierarchy, and typography principles; working from briefs and content calendars; and collaborating via Slack with rapid iteration based on feedback.
- • The role is with Bullpen Talent, Inc., supporting a client in the enterprise marketing space, where the designer will contribute to clear, conversion-focused visual communication without involvement in product or UI design.
- • The person in this role will deepen expertise in B2B marketing design, refine skills in translating technical content into accessible visuals, gain experience with enterprise-level demand generation workflows, and build a strong portfolio of long-form and conversion-oriented marketing assets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6+ years of experience in B2B marketing design
- • Strong experience with white papers and long-form content design
- • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, InDesign (required), Illustrator, and Photoshop
- • Experience designing landing pages (WordPress or similar) and email assets (HubSpot or similar)
- • Ability to translate complex or technical content into clear, effective visuals
- • Detail-oriented with comfort working within structured workflows and content calendars
