- • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with e-commerce business goals and revenue targets.
- • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through targeted initiatives in email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and website optimization.
- • Partner directly with the CEO to hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals and monitoring team performance.
- • Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including lifecycle marketing, automation, audience segmentation, and messaging optimization using platforms such as HubSpot and Klaviyo.
- • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic channels to maximize ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
- • Implement and refine conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across landing pages, product pages, and checkout experiences using A/B testing and data-driven insights.
- • Oversee the creation and approval of all marketing creative assets, ensuring brand consistency across digital channels in collaboration with internal designers and external agencies.
- • Monitor and analyze marketing performance across all digital platforms using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), developing dashboards and reporting actionable insights to leadership.
- • Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform strategic adjustments and growth opportunities.
- • Maintain strong creative quality standards and ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines using tools such as Canva and Figma.
- • Manage cross-functional marketing workflows to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
- • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented team environment that supports professional development and operational efficiency.
- • Present data-backed recommendations to leadership to drive continuous optimization of marketing initiatives and business growth.
- • Ensure all marketing activities are conducted during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) to support U.S.-based clients.
- • Own full marketing function for a growing e-commerce brand, with direct influence on long-term revenue and brand positioning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within e-commerce
- • Experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional projects
- • Proven experience leading email marketing (HubSpot, Klaviyo), paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Canva, and Figma
- • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- • Ability to work during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
