- • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta for both internal brands and client accounts
- • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget optimization to maximize ROI across digital advertising channels
- • Monitor campaign performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights and industry trends
- • Manage multiple client accounts with a focus on performance, retention, and satisfaction, including client meetings and result presentations
- • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights on campaign performance to internal stakeholders and external clients
- • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple business units, including email, SEO, content, and social media
- • Own content creation efforts including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
- • Build and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and automation workflows to improve lead generation and conversion
- • Manage website updates and performance in collaboration with internal and external teams
- • Track and report on marketing performance, lead generation, and funnel metrics to align with revenue goals
- • Partner with Sales and leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support business and revenue objectives
- • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and business units
- • Manage content calendars and develop SEO-driven content strategies
- • Create and publish social media content while actively engaging with audiences across platforms
- • Develop sales enablement materials, case studies, and client-facing marketing assets
- • Support webinars, podcasts, thought leadership initiatives, trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns as needed
- • Collaborate with leadership to shape and scale digital marketing service offerings for clients
- • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and performance
- • Contribute to the development of new service lines and help define the long-term structure of the marketing and digital services team
- • Maintain extreme attention to detail and organizational discipline across all marketing activities
- • Utilize project management, database marketing, and analytical skills to drive campaign effectiveness
- • Operate with minimal direction, taking full ownership of marketing activities and outcomes
- • Leverage experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce to manage emails, workflows, sequences, tasks, and dashboards
- • Apply proficiencies in Microsoft Suite and design tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator for marketing asset creation
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong hands-on experience in PPC (Google Ads and Meta)
- • Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns with measurable results
- • Experience in broader marketing functions including content, email, SEO, and campaign strategy
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- • Experience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously
- • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
