- • The Marketing Operations Analyst/Associate serves as the operational backbone of iCapital's Marketing organization, ensuring execution excellence across budget, project management, reporting, and strategic planning.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and invoices; maintaining a live marketing budget tracker; supporting annual budget planning; maintaining project management tools; conducting system audits; managing campaign intake; partnering with Marketing Analytics on monthly reports; supporting OKR/KPI consolidation and strategic planning; and assisting with internal communications and team engagement initiatives.
- • iCapital Network LLC is a financial technology company focused on alternative investments, with a Marketing team that collaborates closely with Finance and Procurement to drive efficient, compliant, and transparent marketing operations.
- • The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in marketing operations, financial tracking, project management systems, and corporate planning processes while gaining visibility into cross-functional strategy and leadership reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, business operations, or a related field
- • Hands-on experience with project management platforms (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, Asana) and demonstrated ability to manage workflows and ensure system accountability
- • Experience supporting budget tracking, invoice processing, or procurement workflows, including comfort owning and reconciling financial trackers regularly

- • Base salary range of $65,000 to $80,000, plus equity for all full-time employees and an annual performance bonus
