📋 Description
- • As Marketing Operations Director at Jump Technologies Inc., you will build the operating backbone of the marketing engine to enable scalable, data-driven, revenue-focused growth in a fast-growing AI-powered financial technology company. This role is critical to aligning marketing systems, processes, and analytics with sales and product teams to ensure predictable funnel performance and efficient campaign execution.
- • You will own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless data flow between marketing, sales, and revenue operations while maintaining data integrity, governance, and documentation across the customer journey.
- • Day to day, you will define and maintain funnel metrics from lead to MQL to SQL to revenue, build actionable dashboards and reporting that drive strategic decisions, and own attribution models and performance measurement across all marketing channels to eliminate vanity metrics and focus on revenue impact.
- • You will design scalable marketing processes for campaign planning, launches, lead routing, and SLAs, improve operational efficiency through automation and clear workflows, and create comprehensive playbooks and documentation to support team scalability and cross-functional alignment.
- • In campaign enablement, you will partner with demand generation, content, and product marketing teams to operationalize campaigns, manage setup, QA, segmentation, and post-launch analysis, and enable experimentation through structured testing frameworks and performance insights.
- • You will act as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams, translating business goals into operational requirements and helping align go-to-market teams around shared definitions, metrics, and outcomes to drive cohesive growth.
- • You will partner closely with Sales Ops and RevOps to ensure clean data flow across the funnel, lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of tools and platforms, and leverage AI tools such as Anthropic to build intelligent workflows and enable data visualization for faster decision-making.
- • The Marketing team at Jump operates with high velocity, world-class standards, and a direct + kind + no drama culture, supporting a mission to empower financial advisors with practical, compliant AI technology that transforms client and advisor experiences in financial services.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in scaling marketing operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, gain influence over revenue outcomes through data and process ownership, and build leadership experience by partnering with senior executives across marketing, sales, product, and finance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth Ops
- • Deep experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
- • Experience using AI tools such as Anthropic to build workflows and enable visualization
- • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, dashboards, and reporting
- • Proven ability to design processes that scale
- • Experience partnering with Sales / Rev Ops in a B2B environment
