  • • As a Marketing Operations Manager at DTN, you will be the linchpin of our marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring its seamless operation and strategic impact. You will take ownership of our marketing technology stack, with a significant emphasis on HubSpot Marketing Hub and Operations Hub, acting as the primary administrator and resident expert. Your role will be critical in translating marketing strategies into tangible operational execution, driving efficiency, and maximizing the effectiveness of our campaigns.
  • • You will be responsible for the technical implementation and ongoing management of marketing assets. This includes creating and optimizing forms, calls-to-action (CTAs), and other trackable elements within HubSpot. A key aspect of this responsibility is ensuring the integrity of lead flow and accurate campaign attribution, allowing us to understand the true ROI of our marketing efforts and refine our strategies accordingly.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve managing and optimizing the integrations between our core marketing platforms and other essential business systems. You will be the go-to person for ensuring a robust and reliable connection between HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as other critical tools like Zoom. This involves meticulous attention to field mapping, data synchronization, and troubleshooting any issues to guarantee a unified and accurate view of our customer data across all platforms.
  • • Proactive system maintenance and administration are paramount. You will oversee user permissions, manage system updates, and conduct regular health checks of the entire marketing technology stack to prevent issues before they arise and ensure optimal performance. This includes staying abreast of new features and functionalities within HubSpot and other MarTech tools to leverage them for DTN's benefit.
  • • Data governance and quality will be at the forefront of your responsibilities. You will be directly accountable for the health, cleanliness, and accuracy of our HubSpot database. Collaborating closely with the Director of Data, you will implement strategies and tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, forming the bedrock of all our marketing analytics and decision-making.
  • • You will lead initiatives for data enrichment and hygiene, implementing best practices and tools to enhance the quality of our contact data. Regular tasks will include deduplication, standardization, and segmentation to ensure our data is not only clean but also highly actionable for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • • Developing and maintaining sophisticated segmentation strategies based on defined target personas and ideal company profiles will be a core function. This enables highly personalized and relevant marketing communications, driving better engagement and conversion rates.
  • • Ensuring compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, is a non-negotiable aspect of this role. You will implement and maintain processes that uphold these standards, safeguarding both our customers' data and DTN's reputation.
  • • You will be instrumental in optimizing our lead management processes. This includes maintaining and refining lead scoring models and routing rules to ensure that Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) are efficiently and accurately passed to the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and sales agents, thereby maximizing conversion opportunities.
  • • A key objective will be to identify and implement process improvements across the marketing operations function. You will continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate system processes, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and reducing manual effort.
  • • Through continuous monitoring of campaign performance and data analysis, you will identify areas for optimization. Implementing A/B tests and other data-driven experiments will be crucial to improving conversion rates, engagement metrics, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • • You will foster strong cross-functional alignment, particularly with Marketing and Business Operations teams, to ensure a seamless and effective lead handoff process. This collaboration extends to supporting agentic AI and SDR teams with the data and insights they need to succeed.
  • • Providing ongoing support, training, and best practice guidance to internal stakeholders on HubSpot functionality and marketing operations processes will be essential for widespread adoption and effective utilization of our tools.
  • • This role requires a proactive, data-driven problem-solver with a passion for process optimization and a deep understanding of how marketing automation can drive business growth. You will be a key contributor to DTN's mission of empowering operational leaders with smarter, faster decisions.
