- • As the Marketing Operations Manager at ABODO Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategic vision for our marketing automation and operational processes across our suite of innovative SaaS products, including ApartmentIQ, MavenAI, and Daylight. This pivotal role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and represents a foundational addition to our growing marketing team, offering a unique opportunity to build and define the future of our marketing operations function.
- • You will take ownership of all technical aspects of our marketing automation platform, primarily HubSpot (Marketing Hub), ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce (CRM). As the HubSpot Administrator, your responsibilities will include establishing robust foundations for contact and company record management, optimizing lead scoring and routing mechanisms, implementing effective multi-channel nurturing strategies to enhance pipeline generation and velocity, and maintaining impeccable data hygiene within the HubSpot contact database.
- • A key part of your role will involve owning contact segmentation and list management for all marketing campaigns, ensuring precision and relevance. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining templates and governance for workflows, forms, and automated emails, collaborating closely with the demand generation team for their successful deployment.
- • Furthermore, you will be tasked with building and synthesizing comprehensive reports and dashboards within HubSpot, as well as across Ads platforms and Google Analytics, providing critical insights into campaign performance and overall marketing effectiveness.
- • You will be a driving force behind improvements in our Go-To-Market (GTM) operations and tool landscape. This involves refining our target company identification, optimizing the use of intent signals, and maximizing the effectiveness of our tools to support our teams and drive automation wherever possible.
- • Proactively seek out and incorporate industry best practices, initiating relevant ideas and experiments to boost efficiencies, elevate data quality, and accelerate pipeline growth. You will also be responsible for sourcing and procuring new tools and technologies as needed to ensure our Marketing/GTM tech stack remains optimal and aligned with our business objectives.
- • Establishing clear guardrails will be essential, balancing the need for speed and flexibility with the requirements of consistency, compliance, and long-term maintainability of our systems.
- • A forward-thinking aspect of this role involves driving the responsible adoption of AI automation to significantly enhance marketing efficiency, improve data quality, streamline campaign execution, and deepen customer engagement.
- • You will analyze, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) directly related to marketing campaign performance and pipeline contribution, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- • Lead the optimization of overall internal marketing processes, collaborating with key stakeholders across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Field/Events, Content, Customer Success (CS), and Sales to define technology ownership, establish clear rules of engagement, and implement robust QA processes.
- • This role requires a strategic mindset coupled with strong execution skills, enabling you to translate complex operational challenges into scalable, future-proof solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
