• Marketing Specialist role focused on supporting a flexible, collaborative team through market research, campaign planning, CRM organization, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and performance analysis across digital and traditional channels.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to identify consumer needs and trends, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, preparing email marketing plans, managing LinkedIn outreach for B2B audiences, organizing and tagging contacts in CRM, collaborating with sales to align strategies, analyzing marketing data for performance insights, managing marketing budgets, supporting production of marketing materials, staying current with marketing tools and SEO practices, and preparing written outlines for new initiatives while testing and adjusting strategies.

• Experience with CRM contact organization, tagging, and campaign list management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
