- • Join Vynca’s mission to transform care for individuals with complex needs as a Marketing Specialist, supporting event logistics, digital advertising, and campaign coordination to bring the brand to life across national conferences and community initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with end-to-end event coordination (registration, travel, booth logistics), managing pre- and post-event fulfillment, overseeing marketing material inventory, supporting HubSpot database updates, conducting audience and competitor research, preparing creative briefs for ad campaigns, maintaining marketing calendars, managing social media accounts, and contributing to internal culture campaigns and content creation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or comparable experience)
- • 2-4 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace, or Asana (a plus)
- • Comfortable with reporting platforms such as Google Analytics
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
