- • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- • Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and social media pixels, including event-based triggers and custom parameters.
- • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop strategic media plans tailored to individual goals and budgets.
- • Analyze campaign performance using attribution models to understand the full customer journey and provide actionable insights.
- • Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creative assets, audience segments, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- • Deliver clear, simple, and actionable performance reports to clients, translating complex metrics into understandable recommendations.
- • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- • Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to maximize client success.
- • Utilize performance reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Excel, or other BI platforms to build and maintain dashboards.
- • Maintain a track record of improving campaign performance and consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- • Apply advanced knowledge of attribution models to evaluate campaign impact across touchpoints in the customer journey.
- • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to explain performance data and strategic recommendations effectively.
- • Manage client relationships with professionalism, ensuring timely communication and alignment on objectives.
- • Leverage experience in agency environments to handle multiple clients and campaigns with precision and efficiency.
- • Apply knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to enhance campaign effectiveness where applicable.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- • Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and social media pixels, including event-based triggers and custom parameters.
- • Strong understanding of key advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and their application in optimizing performance.
- • Advanced knowledge of attribution models and their role in analyzing the customer journey and campaign impact.
- • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation across ad copy, creative, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- • 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising or media buying, with agency experience managing multiple clients.
