- • As a Media Buyer at Maneuver Marketing LLC, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) health and wellness brands through strategic media operations, leveraging AI, automation, and cross-functional media intelligence to drive profitable growth and sustainable scaling.
- • You will take full ownership of performance outcomes on specific projects, acting as a hybrid operator-strategist who identifies high-leverage opportunities across creative, audience, funnel, offer, and structure while partnering with Growth Strategists to steer spend decisions and lead end-to-end media operations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include diagnosing media buying gaps in account structure, testing processes, targeting, placements, bid strategies, and ad setup, while proactively researching market, product, and competitive landscapes to uncover untapped niches and improve message-market fit.
- • You will analyze post-click experiences across landing pages, mobile vs desktop performance, and cross-sell/upsell flows to identify friction points and optimize conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV).
- • You will strategically pair video content with high-performing copy, adjust post-click destinations (e.g., sales pages, listicles, quizzes, VSL funnels), and recommend structural changes to overcome bottlenecks in monetization and scaling.
- • Collaborating with Growth Strategists and the Haus measurement team, you will triangulate in-platform and post-purchase data to establish realistic ROAS thresholds, challenge misleading metrics, and build comprehensive performance tracking using advanced Google Sheets (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) to translate data into actionable insights.
- • You will design and optimize testing architectures by building efficient VSL campaigns, isolating placements (Reels vs Feed vs Stories), and leveraging cost caps, bid multipliers, and volume bidding to accelerate video throughput velocity and minimize launch bottlenecks.
- • You will manage end-to-end campaign operations: monitoring, trimming, scaling, adding ads, rotating past performers, briefing and quality-checking executions with virtual assistants (VAs), and conducting weekend/holiday monitoring for high-priority optimizations.
- • You will partner with Creative, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure all ads comply with platform policies while maintaining creative effectiveness and delivery reliability.
- • You will demonstrate project ownership by deeply understanding strategic outcomes and constraints, proactively taking initiative to offload tasks from Growth Strategists and teammates, bridging insights across accounts, and executing with agency, urgency, and uncompromising quality.
- • Your success will be measured by your ability to grow incremental Meta spend (focused on Instagram Feeds/Reels/Stories and Facebook Reels), drive profitable blended ROAS above 1x—even when in-platform metrics suggest otherwise—and support both top-of-funnel reach and bottom-of-funnel buyer retargeting with the right creative and setup.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4 years of hands-on media buying experience working directly with DTC brands, preferably in health, wellness, or consumer goods sectors.
- • Proven expertise in managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram), including budget allocation, bidding strategies, campaign structure experimentation, and performance optimization.
- • Strong analytical skills with mandatory proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions like VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization to derive insights from complex datasets.
- • Demonstrated ability to diagnose funnel inefficiencies (landing page, mobile/desktop, upsell/cross-sell flows) and video creative performance to inform strategic adjustments.
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Creative, Compliance, Product, Growth Strategy) and managing virtual assistants (VAs) for execution coordination.
- • Project management and coordination skills: ability to set goals, adapt strategies based on real-time data, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under pressure while maintaining quality.
