- • The Media Production Analyst supports the production and delivery of media assets for Ansira’s local clientele, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines and specifications.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in planning and executing media projects, managing media operations (tagging, archiving, version control), collaborating with creative teams and account managers, monitoring workflows, conducting quality control checks, and recommending process improvements.
- • The role operates within Ansira’s Media Operations Services team, working closely with Account Managers to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for services such as Online Listings, Reputation Management, Facebook Ads, Paid Search, Display, and Websites.
- • The analyst will develop technical and organizational expertise in media production, gain experience in agency-based media operations, and strengthen skills in project coordination, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mercadeo, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- • 1-2 years of experience in media production or a related analytical role, preferably in an agency environment
- • Proficiency with media management software and content management systems
- • Strong understanding of media formats, codecs, and delivery platforms
- • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
