- • In this remote US-based position, you will be instrumental in managing the intricate operational backbone of our Medical Affairs department, directly contributing to our mission of developing life-saving medicines and changing lives.
- • Your primary responsibilities will encompass the meticulous management and tracking of all Medical Affairs contracts, invoices, and purchase orders. This involves ensuring accurate processing, timely payments, and maintaining a robust, compliant documentation trail, which is vital for our operational integrity and regulatory adherence.
- • You will provide essential operational support for a wide array of Medical Affairs initiatives. This includes the comprehensive planning and logistical coordination for major congresses and conferences, serving as a key point of contact for vendor communications, and diligently tracking all conference-related deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve supporting the Medical Review Board (MRB) process. This entails preparing necessary materials, coordinating complex schedules, and meticulously maintaining organized documentation, thereby facilitating efficient and effective board operations.
- • To enhance overall team efficiency and collaboration, you will be responsible for maintaining organized spreadsheets and shared files, coordinating essential meetings, and acting as a facilitator for cross-functional communication. This involves liaising effectively with key internal partners across Legal, Finance, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth project progression and information flow.
