• In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the successful adoption and integration of Tandem’s cutting-edge AI solutions across Finland. You will serve as a trusted expert and primary point of contact for our clients within the Wellbeing Services Counties and private social and healthcare sectors. Your core responsibility will be to lead the implementation process, guiding users through their transition to new, more efficient ways of working. This involves developing a profound understanding of their unique clinical environments, identifying specific pain points, and meticulously tailoring Tandem’s platform to meet their distinct requirements. By ensuring that Tandem becomes an indispensable part of their daily practice, you will directly contribute to improving healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Your day-to-day activities will encompass providing high-level user support, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure a smooth user experience. You will act as a crucial bridge between our end-users and our product development teams. By meticulously documenting and surfacing user feedback, challenges, and innovative ideas, you will directly influence the future direction of Tandem’s product. This collaborative feedback loop is vital for our continuous improvement and for ensuring that our technology remains at the cutting edge of healthcare needs. You will work closely with our world-class product and engineering teams, contributing valuable insights and actively participating in focused development initiatives that shape Tandem’s evolving capabilities.
• Beyond implementation and support, you will be an ambassador for Tandem Health. This includes representing our company at key industry conferences, local events, and professional workshops. You will have the opportunity to share our vision for the future of healthcare, engage with clinicians and stakeholders, and build valuable relationships within the Finnish healthcare ecosystem. Your ability to articulate the value proposition of Tandem’s AI solutions will be critical in expanding our reach and impact.

• Experience of clinical work in healthcare or customer-facing work in social care.
• Exposure to consulting, scaleup/startup, or entrepreneurial environments.
• Genuine passion for technology and AI, with curiosity and enthusiasm.
• Adaptability and an entrepreneurial approach, with urgency and teamwork.
• Quick thinking, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Native level language fluency in Finnish and excellent communication skills in English.
