- • Medical Writer - Germany: Play a central role in Real Chemistry’s healthcare communications team, creating and adapting medical content for diverse therapeutic areas to support client accounts and drive impact in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
- • Day to day: Develop scientifically accurate, commercially focused materials such as story flows, strategy frameworks, competitive analyses, and advisory board reports; adapt global English content into German and create original German-language content; manage project timelines, budgets, and status reporting; ensure compliance with FSA codes and Veeva Vault standards; collaborate with clients, advisors, and internal teams through meetings and strategic discussions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific or medical discipline with excellent academic performance
- • Proven experience as a (Junior) Medical Writer in an agency or pharmaceutical company
- • Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages desired
- • Strong interest in AI technologies and ability to use AI tools efficiently and ethically to support workflow optimization
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills with confidence in client interactions
