Member of Engineering (Technical Support Engineer)

📋 Description

• • As a Member of Engineering (Technical Support Engineer) at Poolside AI, you will be the first point of contact for customers facing technical issues with our AI-powered software development platform, ensuring they remain productive and unblocked in mission-critical environments.
• • Day to day, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex software and infrastructure issues across SaaS and air-gapped on-prem deployments, maintain detailed support records, create documentation and runbooks, escalate to engineering teams when needed, and engage with customers via tickets and occasional calls to deliver timely, professional support.
• • Poolside AI is a remote-first, mission-driven company building agentic systems and frontier models to accelerate software development and push toward Artificial General Intelligence, with a distributed team across North America and Europe and regular in-person collaboration in Paris.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and observability tools while developing strong technical communication and problem-solving skills, contributing directly to customer success and the scalability of our support function as we scale toward AGI.
