- • As a Member of Technical Staff, AI Engineer, you'll be a founding-tier engineer who designs and ships production AI systems from day one, while also prototyping the next generation of fully autonomous AI agents handling real, business-critical insurance operations.
- • This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at a small but rapidly growing team.
- • You'll work closely with AI researchers and business stakeholders to turn cutting-edge research into reliable production systems.
- • Design and ship AI-native applications that automate core insurance workflows including quoting, underwriting, and customer service at scale.
- • Ensure the reliability, observability, and scalability of AI services running in production.
- • Architect and build distributed, scalable backend systems to support rapidly growing operations.
- • Prototype and iterate on fully autonomous AI agents that handle end-to-end insurance operations with minimal human intervention.
- • Collaborate with AI researchers to model and leverage contextual data to enhance agent capabilities and decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in software or AI engineering.
- • Proficiency in Python for building production-grade AI applications, including model integration and tooling.
- • Frontend experience with React.js to build or integrate UI components for AI-powered features.
- • Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and building autonomous AI agents or AI-native products.
- • Experience with distributed data processing and streaming systems such as Kafka and Flink.
- • Cloud platform experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker) for deploying and scaling AI services.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 USD annually.
