• As a Member of Technical Staff, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining the robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure that underpins our cutting-edge products. Your work will directly impact the performance, reliability, and extensibility of our browser infrastructure, ensuring it can meet the demanding needs of advanced AI applications.
• You will be deeply involved in the entire lifecycle of infrastructure development, from conceptualization and architectural design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operational support. This includes working with distributed systems, cloud technologies, containerization, and automation tools to create a seamless and efficient environment for our development teams and end-users.
• Collaborate closely with a talented team of engineers, researchers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into practical, high-performance infrastructure solutions. Your insights and contributions will be crucial in identifying bottlenecks, optimizing performance, and ensuring the stability of our systems.
• Take ownership of critical infrastructure components, including but not limited to, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and alerting systems, logging infrastructure, and deployment strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring these systems are not only functional but also resilient, secure, and cost-effective.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure practices, exploring and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and developer productivity. This could involve evaluating new cloud services, adopting advanced container orchestration techniques, or refining our approach to infrastructure as code.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure designs, configurations, and operational procedures. Clear and accurate documentation is vital for knowledge sharing, onboarding new team members, and ensuring the long-term maintainability of our systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support for production incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement preventative measures to minimize future disruptions. This requires a proactive approach to system health and a strong ability to diagnose and resolve problems under pressure.
• Engage with the open-source community, contributing to discussions, reviewing pull requests, and potentially developing new features or improvements for the open-source projects that form the backbone of our technology. Your engagement will help foster a vibrant community and strengthen our position as a leader in the open-source browser infrastructure space.
• You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse set of technologies, including but not limited to, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), programming languages (Go, Python, Rust), and various monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing scalable and reliable infrastructure, preferably in a cloud-native environment.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, distributed systems, and system security best practices.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipeline development (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language commonly used in infrastructure automation (e.g., Python, Go, Bash).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
