- • Build and improve core machine learning components across data, training, evaluation, and inference pipelines for a production AI smart assistant.
- • Fine-tune and adapt neural models as integral parts of large-scale, real-world systems with persistent context and multi-step reasoning requirements.
- • Implement robust evaluation and testing frameworks to measure and understand model behavior under non-deterministic conditions.
- • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that ingest and process both real-world and synthetic datasets to train and validate ML models.
- • Debug production ML issues including performance bottlenecks, latency violations, reliability failures, and safety concerns in live systems.
- • Ship iterative improvements to ML systems driven by real user feedback and measurable operational metrics.
- • Collaborate closely with senior ML engineers and cross-functional product teams to align technical execution with product goals.
- • Operate under strict production constraints including latency, cost, reliability, and safety requirements for a high-stakes AI assistant.
- • Ensure ML models meet defined accuracy, latency, and reliability targets in production environments.
- • Identify, diagnose, and resolve production incidents quickly with root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
- • Maintain robust, reproducible, and maintainable training loops, inference systems, and data workflows.
