  • • As a Member of Technical Staff, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and enhancement of cloud-native microservices, contributing clean, robust, and high-quality code to our cutting-edge Portworx Enterprise products.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full software development lifecycle, from initial design and development through to unit/functional testing, rigorous code reviews, comprehensive documentation, and seamless integration into our continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
  • • You will be instrumental in debugging complex product and performance issues within large-scale cluster environments, leveraging advanced AI tooling to identify and resolve challenges efficiently.
  • • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with peers, stakeholders, product management, and customer beta partners to shepherd solutions from conceptualization to production readiness, ensuring alignment and successful implementation.
  • • Embrace full ownership of your design and development activities, demonstrating adaptability by incorporating customer feedback and proactively addressing issues identified during unit testing, system testing, and customer deployments.
  • • Foster a culture of innovation by actively experimenting with new technologies, pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and developing novel solutions that advance the state-of-the-art in enterprise storage.
  • • Contribute to the development of microservices designed for resilience and scalability, capable of operating and expanding within distributed system architectures that can support thousands of nodes.
  • • Apply expert debugging skills to navigate and resolve ambiguous problems at scale across both public and private cloud environments, ensuring the stability and performance of our products.
  • • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure that highly scalable and production-quality software meets the demanding requirements of enterprise customers.
  • • Demonstrate a strong design sensibility and a commitment to collaborative, team-oriented development, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • • Apply a solid Computer Science foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles to build efficient, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
  • • The role is primarily an in-office position, requiring you to work from the Bangalore office, adhering to company policies, unless on approved leave or business travel.
