đź“‹ Description
- • Emora Health is seeking passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our fully remote team, offering unparalleled flexibility and a clinician-centered approach to behavioral therapy.
- • As a Mental Health Therapist with Emora Health, you will provide essential virtual behavioral therapy services to children, teens, young adults, and their families, focusing on a range of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorder.
- • Our mission is to enhance the accessibility of high-quality mental healthcare while empowering clinicians with the autonomy and support necessary to excel in their practice.
- • This independent contractor (1099) role is ideal for licensed professionals in Florida who are looking to make a significant impact without the burden of traditional administrative tasks.
- • You will deliver 100% telehealth therapy, conducting initial intakes, engaging in therapeutic sessions, and developing comprehensive, ongoing treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- • A key aspect of this role involves collaborating with our Clinical Director for case consultations, particularly for complex cases or crisis situations, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- • Emora Health is committed to minimizing administrative overhead. You will leverage our built-in AI-enabled note tools and structured templates to complete documentation efficiently, freeing up more time for direct client care.
- • Our unified dashboard streamlines all essential functions, including scheduling, client messaging, note-taking, and overall client management, providing a seamless user experience.
- • Therapists at Emora Health enjoy complete schedule autonomy. You have the power to set your own hours, choose the ages and conditions you wish to specialize in, and build a caseload that fits your lifestyle, with options for evening and weekend availability that are entirely optional.
- • We offer flexible session lengths, including 30, 45, or 60 minutes, allowing you to adapt your approach to best suit client needs and therapeutic goals.
- • For experienced therapists, there is an option to bring your existing clients to our platform, managing all your practice needs under one roof for an improved compensation rate.
- • Emora Health guarantees hourly pay, disbursed bi-weekly, irrespective of insurance reimbursement, providing financial stability and predictability.
- • We also provide 50% compensation for client no-shows, acknowledging the value of your time and commitment.
- • Our support extends to full credentialing with major insurance plans (excluding Medicaid), handling the complexities of insurance panels so you don't have to.
- • You will work with low-acuity clients, allowing you to focus on therapeutic interventions rather than managing severe crises, though support is available for complex situations.
- • There are no mandatory meetings, respecting your time and allowing you to focus on your clinical work and personal life.
- • You will receive dedicated support from our Clinical Director for case consultations and crisis intervention, ensuring you are never alone in managing challenging client situations.
- • This role is designed for clinicians who thrive on autonomy, value meaningful clinical work, and seek a supportive virtual environment that prioritizes their well-being and professional growth.
- • The onboarding process is designed to be fast and efficient, enabling you to begin seeing clients within just a few days of setup.
- • You will have access to private-pay clients, expanding your potential caseload and client base.
- • Emora Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, fostering a work environment free from discrimination and harassment.
- • We celebrate diversity and welcome applicants from every background and life experience.
- • If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children, teens, young adults, and their families through accessible and high-quality mental healthcare, we encourage you to apply.
- • Join our team of dedicated Mental Health Therapists and contribute to the well-being of our clients across Florida.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active independent license in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent).
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience treating children, teens, and their families.
- • Strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities delivered via telehealth.
- • Demonstrated experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions.
- • Ability to work autonomously in a supportive virtual environment.
- • Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Guaranteed hourly pay, disbursed bi-weekly, regardless of insurance reimbursement.
- • 50% compensation for client no-shows.
- • 100% schedule autonomy: set your own hours, choose your caseload, with evening and weekend options available but not mandatory.
- • Minimal administrative work with AI-enabled note tools and structured templates.
- • Full credentialing with major insurance plans (excluding Medicaid) handled by Emora Health.
- • Access to Clinical Director for case consultation and crisis support.
