- • As a Microsoft 365 Governance Administrator at Precision Medicine Group, you will play a critical role in shaping and operating Microsoft 365 governance across the organization, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient collaboration environments.
- • Day to day, you will lead governance initiatives across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform; assess and remediate legacy configurations and over-permissioned content; design least-privilege permission models; implement retention and records management policies; support M&A-related tenant migrations; automate governance using PowerShell, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, and AvePoint; and produce compliance-focused reports for leadership and GRC teams.
- • You will join Precision Medicine Group, a Clinical Research Organization dedicated to advancing precision medicine through innovative clinical trial design, biomarker analytics, and therapeutic expertise—particularly in rare diseases and oncology—while working remotely from Hungary with global impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise Microsoft 365 governance, automation, and compliance; gain hands-on experience with M&A tenant integrations; strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Legal, GRC, Security, and IT teams; and develop leadership in driving sustainable, scalable collaboration platforms aligned with Microsoft best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration with deep SharePoint Online experience
- • Proven experience cleaning up, governing, and modernizing enterprise M365 tenants
- • Strong background in permissions management, lifecycle governance, retention, and compliance-driven collaboration
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing large data sets (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)
- • Strong automation capability using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and SharePoint Advanced Management
- • Experience partnering with Legal, GRC, and Security teams on retention and data protection initiatives
