📋 Description

• • As a Microsoft 365 Governance Administrator at PFM Asset Management (Precision for Medicine), you will play a critical role in shaping and operating Microsoft 365 governance across the organization, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient collaboration environments.
• • Day to day, you will lead governance initiatives across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform; assess and remediate legacy configurations and over-permissioned content; design least-privilege permission models; manage lifecycle, retention, and records management; support M&A-related tenant migrations; automate governance using PowerShell, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, and AvePoint; analyze large governance data sets; and produce compliance-focused reports for leadership and GRC teams.
• • You will join a growing Clinical Research Organization dedicated to advancing precision medicine in rare diseases and oncology, working closely with Legal, GRC, Security, IT, and M&A stakeholders to modernize and integrate Microsoft 365 tenants without disrupting business operations.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise Microsoft 365 governance, automation, compliance, and tenant modernization; gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Power Platform governance, and M&A integrations; and develop leadership in driving secure, scalable collaboration practices across a global, innovative life sciences organization.
