- • As a Microsoft 365 Governance Administrator at Precision Medicine Group, you will play a critical role in shaping and operating Microsoft 365 governance across the organization, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient collaboration environments.
- • Day to day, you will lead governance initiatives across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform; design and maintain least-privilege permission models; manage lifecycle, retention, and records management; support M&A-related tenant migrations; automate governance using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph; and produce compliance-focused reports for leadership and GRC stakeholders.
- • You will join a growing Clinical Research Organization dedicated to advancing precision medicine, particularly in rare diseases and oncology, where your work directly enables secure and scalable collaboration for global research teams.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise Microsoft 365 governance, gain hands-on experience with automation and data analytics at scale, and become a trusted advisor on compliance, information protection, and tenant modernization—positioning yourself as a leader in M365 governance within a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, with deep SharePoint Online experience
- • Proven experience cleaning up, governing, and modernizing enterprise M365 tenants
- • Strong background in permissions management, lifecycle governance, retention, and compliance-driven collaboration
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analysis and manipulation of large data sets (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, data normalization)
- • Strong automation capability using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint Advanced Management to extract, analyze, and report on large-scale M365 governance data
- • Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in a technical field such as engineering or computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
