📋 Description

• • We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Microsoft Dynamics Architect to spearhead a groundbreaking enterprise HealthTech project. This is a critical role for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience in designing, deploying, and scaling complex, multi-tenant Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. As our lead architect, you will be instrumental in defining the overarching solution strategy, from the initial discovery and blueprinting phases through to full solution ownership during the implementation lifecycle. Your expertise will shape the future of our HealthTech offerings, ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant solutions that meet the unique demands of the healthcare industry.
• • In the initial Discovery & Architecture phase (estimated January-February, part-time, 40-80 hours total, 10-20 hours weekly), your primary responsibilities will involve leading in-depth solution discovery workshops. You will engage directly with key stakeholders and business leaders to thoroughly understand their needs, challenges, and strategic objectives. This will include performing a detailed current-state analysis of existing CRM systems, patient management workflows, and care coordination processes. Based on this analysis, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive end-to-end architecture diagrams, intricate data flow maps, and detailed integration blueprints. A crucial part of this phase will be conducting a thorough fit-gap analysis, evaluating how Dynamics 365 CE, the Power Platform, and relevant healthcare system integrations align with business requirements. The culmination of this phase will be the production of a comprehensive Technical Solution Blueprint, serving as the definitive guide for the full implementation phase.
• • Transitioning into the Implementation phase (estimated March-September, full-time, approximately 6 months), you will take on the mantle of architecting and overseeing the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. This will involve designing and deploying solutions tailored for large-scale patient and member population management, a core requirement for our HealthTech initiatives. A significant aspect of this role will be leading multi-tenant Dynamics setups, ensuring seamless and secure deployments across multiple client environments. You will architect and implement robust integrations utilizing the Azure ecosystem, including Function Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Logic Apps, to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and enforcement of governance, security, and compliance best practices, which are paramount in the healthcare sector. This includes ensuring adherence to enterprise healthcare data standards and regulations.
• • Throughout the implementation, you will foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional technical teams, including developers and analysts, as well as with client stakeholders. Your involvement will extend to participating actively in sprint planning sessions, conducting rigorous technical reviews, and providing architectural sign-offs to ensure the project stays on track and meets quality standards. You will serve as the primary technical liaison, bridging the communication gap between our engineering teams and business executives, translating complex technical concepts into understandable business terms and vice versa. Your ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment is essential.
