- • Spektrum is seeking a Microsoft Systems Administrator to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium, ensuring secure and effective IT services for NATO member countries and partners.
- • The role involves deploying security updates and anti-malware/data loss prevention endpoints, implementing security hardening via group policies, providing automated resource utilization reporting, loading users and workstations into datacentre-centric infrastructure, installing and documenting remote application provisioning services (e.g., Windows Remote App), and liaising with the Agency’s Centralised Service Desk for incident, problem, and change management.
- • Spektrum supports apex purchasers including NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence entities, providing professional services, specialised aerospace and defence sales, delivery, and operational expertise to key client projects.
- • The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience managing large-scale Active Directory environments, enterprise-scale Windows administration, client provisioning using MDT and SCCM, application provisioning technologies, and NCIA Core Enterprise Services procedures, while working within a high-security NATO environment requiring a valid Secret clearance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep knowledge of implementing and administering large active directory environments
- • Experience of Windows Administration and relevant certifications; e.g. MCITP
- • Experience in client provisioning and bare metal install using MDT and SCCM as toolsets
- • Experience in troubleshooting client OS and software provisioning problems
- • Experience in Application Provisioning technologies
- • Experience in REACH Support and NCIA Core Enterprise Services procedures
- • Fluent in English
- • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
