- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a modern, high-integrity PostgreSQL ecosystem to replace a decades-old Oracle-based platform.
- • Work through agentic toolkits (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to migrate years of complex production data with financial-grade proof.
- • Own the ground the modernization stands on, ensuring that the new system meets the highest standards of integrity and reliability.
- • Build across the full stack (UI, API, and Infrastructure) to deliver a seamless user experience.
- • Utilize expertise in data migrations, data warehousing, and data analytics to drive business outcomes.
- • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
- • Work in an agile environment, prioritizing tasks and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that knowledge is shared and accessible to the team.
- • Participate in on-call rotations, providing support and resolving issues outside of regular working hours.
- • Contribute to the development of new features and capabilities, working closely with the product team to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on data migrations, data warehousing, and data analytics.
- • Strong understanding of full-stack development, including UI, API, and Infrastructure.
- • Experience with agentic toolkits (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) and their application in data migrations.
- • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Oracle, with the ability to migrate data between systems.
- • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
