  • • Lead full-cycle, value-driven sales for mid-market mobile app developers, guiding them onto RevenueCat’s platform whether through self-serve or custom enterprise agreements, without pressure to force contracts.
  • • Build and manage a portfolio of prospects and customers across North America, focusing on long-term revenue growth of clients rather than short-term contract signings.
  • • Travel 20-30% of the time to major industry events such as GDC, App Promotion Summit, and other mobile developer conferences to represent RevenueCat, host dinners, and build relationships with founders and engineering leaders.
  • • Generate outbound pipeline independently by researching high-potential apps not yet using RevenueCat, crafting personalized outreach to founders, CTOs, and growth teams without relying on SDRs or marketing-generated leads.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor and mobile growth expert, helping prospects understand monetization strategies including LTV modeling, paywall optimization, user acquisition, and subscription plan design—not just how to use RevenueCat’s product.
  • • Conduct product demos and discovery calls tailored to technical and business stakeholders, translating complex API, SDK, and webhook integrations into clear business value for non-engineers.
  • • Collaborate with Sales Engineering on technical evaluations, hand off smoothly to Customer Success post-onboarding, and provide product feedback to internal teams based on market insights.
  • • Own your entire sales cycle from first outbound message to final onboarding, managing time, priorities, and follow-ups autonomously in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
  • • Become a recognized expert in the mobile app economy by staying current on trends in consumer app monetization, App Store Connect, and developer tools, offering informed opinions beyond documentation.
  • • Attend and speak at regional and global events to expand RevenueCat’s presence in the mobile developer community, establishing long-term trust and brand authority.
  • • Track and optimize portfolio growth based on client revenue performance on RevenueCat, regardless of billing method, aligning compensation with customer success rather than contract volume.
  • • Maintain a high standard of communication through crisp written outreach, persuasive async briefs, and commanding live presentations during demos and workshops.
  • • Identify and prioritize target accounts within specific verticals such as health & fitness, gaming, or utility apps, building deep domain expertise in their monetization challenges.
  • • Share repeatable, successful tactics with the GTM team to improve overall sales effectiveness and contribute to scalable growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS, developer tools, or infrastructure
  • • Experience in a "hunter" role where you generated your own pipeline from scratch
  • • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time for conferences and customer meetings
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • • Comfort with technical products; ability to understand and discuss SDKs, APIs, webhooks, and App Store Connect
  • • Experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment managing your own time and priorities
