📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered on EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
• Execute end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery using tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
• Maintain strict character appearance, scene continuity, and stylistic consistency across extended sequences using advanced AI generation and post-production techniques
• Integrate motion graphics, color correction, and visual polish using industry-standard tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects to deliver professional-grade final outputs
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video models and tools, evaluate their output quality, and incorporate successful techniques into established production pipelines
• Develop and refine efficient, scalable AI video workflows that optimize output quality, reduce generation time, and enable consistent results across large volumes of content
• Work independently to transform creative briefs and content needs into high-impact cinematic videos, taking full ownership from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to align with creative direction while maintaining autonomy in technical execution and artistic decisions
• Produce stylized and explicit NSFW visual content while adhering to internal ethical guidelines governed by EverGuard, EverAI’s proprietary AI moderation system
• Continuously test, fail, iterate, and improve production methods based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving AI capabilities
• Share knowledge and best practices with the broader creative team to elevate collective skill in AI-native video storytelling and production
• Stay ahead of industry advancements in generative video technology, actively exploring new platforms, prompting strategies, and post-processing methods to maintain competitive edge
• Apply advanced techniques in AI image/video generation including batching, consistency controls, inpainting, upscaling, and fine-tuning using tools such as Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, and ComfyUI
• Ensure all delivered content meets high standards of visual fidelity, pacing, cinematic language, and emotional resonance tailored to EverAI’s user base
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment where rapid iteration and creative risk-taking are encouraged

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools for final assembly, color grading, and compositing
• Ability to maintain character and scene continuity across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
