📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around proprietary AI character IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout
• Own the end-to-end AI video production workflow, including ideation, prompting, generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using AI video models such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
• Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended sequences by applying advanced AI generation techniques and post-processing methods
• Utilize industry-standard tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly, motion graphics integration, and polish of AI-generated visual sequences
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video tools and models, incorporating new technologies into production pipelines and sharing insights with the creative team
• Develop and refine scalable workflows that optimize efficiency, output quality, and consistency while managing high-volume content demands
• Create stylized and explicit NSFW visual content aligned with product requirements and community guidelines, working within an uncensored AI environment
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to align creative direction while maintaining autonomy in technical execution and artistic decision-making
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve video outputs through rapid prototyping, failure analysis, and iterative refinement based on feedback and performance metrics
• Integrate motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to enhance narrative impact and ensure cohesive branding across all AI-generated video assets
• Stay current with advancements in generative video AI, including prompt engineering, batching, consistency controls, and post-generation refinement techniques
• Contribute to the team’s knowledge base by documenting best practices, tool setups, and workflow optimizations for AI video production
• Work within a fully remote, high-velocity environment requiring strong self-direction, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ensure all content adheres to EverAI’s ethical standards as governed by the proprietary EverGuard moderation system
• Maintain a portfolio demonstrating extensive experience with AI-driven video creation, including prior work with uncensored or adult-oriented AI content

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing and compositing software
• Ability to maintain character and scene continuity across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
