📋 Description

• Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor role focused on creating narrative-driven, longform video content using AI-first pipelines for EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform, which serves 50 million users and is growing rapidly.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing scripts around existing AI characters, managing end-to-end AI video production from prompting to final delivery, working with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, and other AI tools, integrating motion graphics and color correction, and ensuring character and scene consistency across narratives.
• The team is a passionate, high-performance group of ~75 people led by founders with proven success in scaling web products to IPO, including experience at Mad Paws Holdings, MTK Digital, Zipchat, and Curatible, fostering a culture of ownership, velocity, and radical creativity.
• In this role, you will deepen expertise in generative video workflows, shape the visual storytelling of a category-defining AI product, collaborate with senior leaders who have built and exited multiple companies, and contribute to a platform aiming for 500M users while advancing ethical AI development through EverGuard.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video work
• Proven experience with ComfyUI, including building and managing complex node-based workflows (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111, including advanced prompting, LoRAs, refining, upscaling, and inpainting
• Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Experience with traditional editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and polish
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
• High ownership mindset — able to take ideas from concept to completion independently
• Experimental and self-driven attitude — comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and continuous learning
• Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
