📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence.
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows, including ideation, prompting, generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse.
• Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended video sequences using advanced AI-generation and post-production techniques.
• Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and graphic design elements to enhance visual narrative and deliver polished, cinematic final outputs.
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video models and tools, incorporating validated techniques into production pipelines and documenting best practices for team adoption.
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to align creative direction while maintaining autonomous execution and technical decision-making in fast-paced, iterative cycles.
• Optimize production workflows for efficiency, scalability, and consistent quality across high-volume output demands.
• Work with uncensored AI models to produce explicit NSFW visuals in compliance with company ethical guidelines governed by EverGuard, ensuring responsible content creation.
• Apply strong understanding of cinematic language, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling to elevate AI-generated content beyond technical execution into emotionally resonant experiences.
• Utilize traditional video editing and post-production tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly, refinement, and polish of AI-generated sequences.
• Continuously refine prompting strategies, batching techniques, and post-processing methods to improve consistency, reduce artifacts, and enhance output fidelity.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members on new AI video capabilities, tools, and workflow improvements, fostering a culture of innovation and skill development.
• Deliver content that meets strict production deadlines while maintaining artistic integrity and technical precision in an environment that values velocity and radical creativity.
• Adapt quickly to evolving AI tooling landscapes, staying ahead of industry advancements and proactively testing new platforms to inform future production strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools for final assembly and polish
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
