📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around proprietary AI characters (company IPs), ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout.
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from initial ideation and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using AI-first pipelines.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI video generation tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging platforms to produce high-quality, cinematic visual sequences.
• Maintain strict character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended narratives using advanced post-generation techniques to ensure visual consistency.
• Integrate motion graphics, graphic design elements, and color grading to deliver polished, cohesive final outputs aligned with brand aesthetic and narrative goals.
• Rapidly experiment with new AI video models, tools, and techniques, incorporating successful innovations into production workflows and sharing knowledge with the content team.
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to align with creative direction while exercising high autonomy in technical execution and decision-making for each video project.
• Continuously refine and optimize production workflows for efficiency, scalability, and consistent output quality across increasing volumes of content.
• Apply expertise in AI image and video generation pipelines, including prompting strategies, batching, consistency control, and post-processing to achieve desired cinematic results.
• Use industry-standard editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly, stabilization, transitions, and visual polish of AI-generated assets.
• Deliver visually compelling content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, adhering to internal ethical guidelines governed by EverGuard moderation system.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of cinematic language, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling techniques tailored for AI-generated media.
• Work independently across all stages of production with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of projects from concept to launch.
• Stay current on advancements in generative AI video technology and proactively explore new tools, fine-tuning methods, and creative applications to enhance content quality.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English, providing updates, feedback, and documentation to support team alignment and iterative improvement.
• Embrace an experimental mindset, rapidly testing ideas, learning from failures, and iterating quickly to meet fast-paced production demands.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing and compositing software
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
