📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
• Own the end-to-end AI video production workflow, from initial ideation and prompt engineering to generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery using AI video models such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
• Maintain strict character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended sequences by applying advanced AI consistency techniques and post-processing methods
• Integrate motion graphics, color correction, and visual polish using industry-standard tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects to deliver cinematic-quality outputs
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video generation tools and techniques, testing new models and integrating successful innovations into production pipelines
• Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align creative direction while operating with high autonomy in technical execution and creative decision-making
• Produce visually compelling content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, adhering to company guidelines governed by EverGuard’s ethical AI moderation system
• Continuously refine and optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality across high-volume production cycles
• Share knowledge and best practices with the wider content team through documentation and peer feedback to elevate collective expertise in AI-driven video creation
• Maintain up-to-date proficiency in AI image and video generation pipelines, including prompting strategies, batching, inpainting, upscaling, and fine-tuning techniques
• Work independently to translate abstract creative briefs into finished videos that meet brand standards and user engagement goals
• Adapt quickly to evolving AI tooling and platform updates, staying ahead of industry advancements to ensure EverAI remains at the forefront of AI cinematic content
• Deliver consistent, high-fidelity visual outputs under tight deadlines while managing multiple concurrent production projects

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in traditional editing and compositing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult (NSFW) content
