📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
• Independently own end-to-end AI video production workflows from initial ideation and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery
• Utilize cutting-edge AI video generation platforms including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging tools to produce high-quality cinematic sequences
• Maintain strict character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended AI-generated narratives using advanced prompting, batching, and post-processing techniques
• Integrate motion graphics, color correction, and visual effects using professional tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects to polish final outputs
• Experiment rapidly with new AI video models and workflows, incorporating innovations into production pipelines and sharing insights with the content team
• Align with Creative Lead’s vision while maintaining high autonomy in technical execution, creative decisions, and workflow optimization
• Adapt visual style and tone to accommodate NSFW content requirements, ensuring compliance with internal ethical guidelines governed by EverGuard
• Refine and scale production workflows for efficiency, consistency, and quality across increasing volumes of AI-generated video assets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure video content supports product goals, user engagement, and brand identity
• Continuously explore advancements in AI image/video generation, including prompt engineering, LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning techniques
• Deliver polished, publish-ready videos that meet high standards of cinematic quality, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Maintain an up-to-date portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work, with demonstrated ability to create compelling, consistent, and emotionally engaging content using generative tools
• Work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision, delivering results through rapid iteration, testing, and refinement
• Contribute to team knowledge by documenting effective prompts, techniques, and tool configurations for broader team adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in traditional video editing tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly and polish
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
